My checking account number has no leading zeroes when viewed on desktop, but has three on mobile. It shouldn't make any difference, however, as leading zeroes are usually disregarded. When using the number in a case where you need to write it out, I would use the number as it is displayed on your checks. In my case, that is with one leading zero.
